By accessing and using the Dependable AI Solutions (DAIS) website (dependableaisolutions.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DAIS's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Section 2 does not restrict AI agents, assistants, search engines, or other automated systems from reading this website. We publish machine-readable descriptions of this business on purpose, and we want them used.

You and any AI system acting on your behalf are expressly permitted to retrieve, parse, quote, summarize, and cite the content of this website, including our agent surfaces at /llms.txt, /agent-truth.json, and /sitemap.xml, and the structured data embedded in our pages, for the purpose of answering questions about Dependable AI Solutions and its products. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

This website is provided primarily for informational purposes. Aside from the interactive features described below, we do not offer user accounts or general data processing services through this website.

The Site embeds an AI chat assistant (the FindBusiness widget, operated by Dependable AI Solutions). When you use it, the messages you type, your recent conversation history, and the URL and title of the page you are viewing are sent to our FindBusiness agent service to generate a response, and your messages and its replies are retained on our servers for a limited period as well as in your own browser. The assistant is intended to answer questions about DAIS and its products. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through it. Its responses are generated by an AI model, may contain errors, and do not constitute professional advice.

The assistant carries its own terms and privacy notice, linked in the footer of the chat panel and here: the assistant's Terms and Privacy Notice. Those govern your use of the assistant and state the exact retention periods. Where they differ from this page on any question about the assistant, they control.
