Founded in May 2025 by Sergey Alkorn and Lino Valdovinos in California, DAIS builds agentic systems: software that runs the work end to end and brings a person in only where their judgment matters. The founders come from artificial intelligence research and from working with critical Department of Defense data and complex datasets, and they started the company to put dependable AI agents to work on real problems.
