Founded in May 2025 by Sergey Alkorn and Lino Valdovinos in California, DAIS is an agentic-AI company dedicated to developing cutting-edge, reliable, and transparent agentic systems. With over a decade of experience spanning artificial intelligence research and development as well as working with critical Department of Defense data and complex datasets, the founders established the company to address real-world problems with dependable AI agents, focusing on truth, safety, and the future of technology.
