This Privacy Notice for Dependable AI Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

• Contact us via email or our website's contact features
• Use the AI chat assistant embedded on the Site
• Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events

Applicability of Privacy Laws: Our business operations related to this Site currently fall below the thresholds requiring specific compliance regimes like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). However, we strive to adhere to best practices and comply with applicable laws such as the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information in the following ways:

a) Information You Provide Voluntarily

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or when you contact us.

The personal information we collect may include the following:

• Contact Information: Such as your name and email address, provided when you contact us via our contact form or email.
• Communications: The content of your message and any other information you choose to provide when you communicate with us.
• Sensitive Information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, health data, racial or ethnic origin). Please refrain from sending sensitive personal information to us via our contact channels.

b) Information Automatically Collected

When you visit our Site, certain technical information is automatically collected by Firebase Hosting (provided by Google LLC), which powers our website. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for internal analytics and reporting purposes related only to Site functionality. This information generally does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include:

• Log and Usage Data: Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers (via Firebase Hosting) automatically collect when you access or use our Site. This may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, and information about your activity on the Site (such as date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages viewed, and files downloaded).
• Location Data: Firebase Hosting may collect general location information based on your IP address (e.g., country or city). This information is not precise geolocation and is used primarily for security, service provision (like content delivery networks), and basic analytics (e.g., understanding general geographic distribution of visitors).

c) Google Analytics

Every page of the Site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3E41J4RLZV), provided by Google LLC. We use it to understand how many people visit the Site, which pages they read, and roughly where they come from, so we can improve the Site. It is the only analytics or tracking script we load.

Google Analytics collects and sends to Google:

• Page and session activity: the pages you view, when you view them, how long you stay, and the link or search that referred you to the Site.
• Device and browser information: browser type and version, operating system, screen size, and language.
• Your IP address, which Google uses to derive an approximate location, generally at the city level. Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses for visitors from the EU, Switzerland, and the UK. How Google handles IP addresses from elsewhere is governed by its own policies, linked below.
• A randomly generated identifier: stored in cookies on your device (see Section 5) so Google Analytics can tell a returning visit from a new one. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account.

The Site loads Google Analytics with its standard page-measurement configuration and sets no advertising or remarketing parameters. We do not use Google Analytics data to build advertising audiences. Google's own use of the data it receives is governed by its policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.

How to opt out: Google publishes a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting anything about you, on this Site and every other site that uses it: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies or third-party scripts in your browser has the same effect. Nothing on the Site requires Google Analytics to work, so opting out costs you no functionality.

d) Information Processed by the AI Chat Assistant

The Site embeds an AI chat assistant (the FindBusiness widget, operated by Dependable AI Solutions). It is optional and processes information only if you choose to interact with it.

The assistant carries its own privacy notice and terms, and those govern it. They are linked in the footer of the chat panel itself, and here: the assistant's Privacy Notice and Terms. That notice is the authoritative account of what the assistant collects, which providers process it, and exactly how long each item is kept. We deliberately do not restate its retention periods here, because a second copy of those numbers is a copy that goes stale.

In summary, so you know what you are opting into before you open it:

• What is sent: The content of your message, your recent conversation history from the current session, and the URL and title of the page you are viewing are transmitted to our FindBusiness agent service at agents.findbusiness.ai to generate a response.
• It is not only stored in your browser. Your messages and the assistant's replies are kept on our servers for a limited period, so we can monitor the assistant for errors and abuse and improve the quality of its answers. That means our staff can read stored conversations. Conversations are not linked to any account, because the Site has none; they are grouped by a randomly generated session identifier. A copy also sits in your browser's localStorage, which you can clear at any time through your browser's site data.
• Who else processes it: Google Model Armor screens your message for prompt injection and unsafe or sensitive content, Google Vertex AI generates the reply and holds its own copy for a limited period, and the assistant can send a query derived from your question to Google Search when this site does not answer it.
• Rate limiting: To block abuse we record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, so we can count requests without storing the address.
• Please do not submit sensitive information: The assistant is intended for general questions about DAIS and its products. Do not enter sensitive, confidential, or personal information (such as passwords, financial account numbers, or health information) into the chat. Messages that our safety filter flags as containing sensitive data are replaced with a placeholder rather than stored.

We do not use your conversations to train our own AI models. The FindBusiness agent service is operated by Dependable AI Solutions. Its responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

e) What We Do Not Do

Across the whole Site, we do not:

• Use analytics or tracking beyond the Google Analytics described in Section 1(c) and the technical logging performed by Firebase Hosting. We load no advertising pixels, no session-recording or heatmap tools, and no cross-site trackers.
• Sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under California law.
• Use your chat conversations to train our own AI models.
• Offer user accounts or ask you to create one. Nothing on the Site requires a password.
• Actively collect information about you from third-party sources, unless you provide it to us directly (e.g., contacting us via a social media platform, which is governed by that platform's policy).

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our potential contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent (where applicable).

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To deliver and maintain the Site: Processing automatically collected data is necessary to serve website content, ensure security, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues via Firebase Hosting.
• To respond to user inquiries/offer support: We process information you voluntarily provide through contact forms or email to respond to your questions and requests.
• To understand how the Site is used: We process the Google Analytics data described in Section 1(c) to see which pages people read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the Site.
• To operate and improve the AI chat assistant: We process the conversations described in Section 1(d) to generate replies, to monitor the assistant for errors and abuse, and to improve the quality of its answers.
• For security and fraud prevention: Automatically collected data (like IP addresses) helps maintain the safety and security of our Services.
• To comply with law: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law. The legal bases we rely on include:

• Legitimate Interests: We process information for our legitimate interests, such as providing and maintaining the Site, ensuring security, and responding to user inquiries initiated by you, provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Legal Obligations: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests from authorities).
• Consent: We generally do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing the limited information described herein, except where legally required (e.g., potentially for certain types of cookies if implemented in the future or in specific jurisdictions). If you voluntarily contact us, your action implies consent for us to process your inquiry, but our primary basis is legitimate interest.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Firebase Hosting / Google LLC: Automatically collected technical information (Log/Usage Data, Location Data based on IP) is processed by Google as part of the Firebase Hosting service. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policies. https://policies.google.com/privacy/embedded?hl=en-US
• Google Analytics / Google LLC: The page and session activity, device information, and IP-derived location described in Section 1(c) are sent to Google Analytics. Governed by the same Google policies linked above, and you can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• The AI chat assistant and its providers: If you use the assistant, your message is processed by Google Model Armor, Google Vertex AI, and, when the assistant needs to look something up, Google Search. The stored conversation is held in Google Cloud in the United States, and Vertex AI runs on Google's global endpoint, so we cannot promise the request is processed in any particular country. The assistant's own Privacy Notice is the authoritative account of each provider and what it receives.
• Service Providers: We may share automatically collected data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("Service Providers") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work related to hosting and maintaining the Site (e.g., website hosting, data analysis for site performance, IT services). We only share the minimum information necessary. Information you provide voluntarily (e.g., via contact form) is generally not shared with external Service Providers unless necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., using an email provider to send a reply).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
• Protect Rights and Safety: We may disclose information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• External Links: Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or social media pages that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Yes. The Site sets the following on your device:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_3E41J4RLZV): set by the Google Analytics script described in Section 1(c). They hold a randomly generated identifier that lets Google Analytics distinguish a returning visit from a new one. They expire two years after your most recent visit and contain nothing that identifies you by name.
• Chat assistant browser storage: if you use the AI chat assistant, it stores your session identifier and your transcript in your browser's localStorage (not cookies) for 14 days, so the conversation is still there when you return. See Section 1(d).
• Firebase Hosting: the hosting platform (provided by Google) may use cookies or similar technologies essential to the technical operation, security, and delivery of the website.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. You can refuse or delete any of the above through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Site works normally with all of them blocked.

For more information on how Google uses data, please review their policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US. Linked third-party sites (like social media) will use their own cookies and tracking technologies governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

• Chat assistant data: Conversations, conversation state, the copy held by Google Vertex AI, the transcript in your browser, and the hashed IP address used for rate limiting each expire on their own schedule, and all of them are deleted automatically. The specific periods are published, and kept current, in the assistant's own Privacy Notice. They are not repeated here on purpose: the assistant is a separate service with its own release cycle, and a duplicated number is one that eventually contradicts the real one.
• Google Analytics data: Retained by Google under the retention setting configured for the property and Google's own policies for that service.
• Automatically Collected Data: Retention of log and usage data collected by Firebase Hosting is subject to Google's data retention policies for that service. Typically, such logs are kept for operational and security purposes for a limited period (e.g., weeks or months).
• Voluntarily Provided Data: Information you submit via our contact form or email will be retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry, maintain communication if needed, and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative and record-keeping purposes, or until you request its deletion, subject to our legal obligations.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. Our website is hosted on Firebase, which implements security features intended to protect the data processed. We also take reasonable precautions to protect the information you voluntarily submit to us.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Service. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account (if applicable) and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Please note that for automatically collected technical data held by Firebase Hosting, our ability to directly fulfill access or deletion requests for specific user sessions may be limited by the platform's capabilities; however, we will facilitate inquiries where possible. Rights are generally easier to exercise over information you have voluntarily provided to us.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. As required by CalOPPA, we inform you that because there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. Neither the Google Analytics script described in Section 1(c) nor the essential technical data collection performed by Firebase Hosting for site operation and security responds to DNT signals. If you want to stop Google Analytics collection, use the opt-out add-on or block the script, as described in Sections 1(c) and 5; that works regardless of your DNT setting.

10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

While our Site operations currently fall below the thresholds triggering specific obligations under laws like CCPA/CPRA, residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have specific privacy rights, including:

• The right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or sold.
• The right to delete personal information held by the business.
• The right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Note: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as commonly defined under these laws).
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Even if formal thresholds are not met, we respect user privacy.
